Be ready for your baby's arrival with this childbirth class. Invite your partner, or support person, and learn what to expect before, during and after your delivery. Topics include:

• The stages and phases of labor
• Timing of contractions
• Types of delivery, including vaginal delivery, Cesarean section and vaginal delivery after Cesarean (VBAC)
• Labor pain relief methods, including epidurals and natural comfort measures

This class is for patients delivering at Ascension Saint Joseph Hospital-Chicago.

Registration includes mother and her partner.
